We bought Brutus (used) from Camping World in the middle of April. If you have an RV, you will notice something missing from our rig. It is a big fat awning!
We were told it would be on before we pick it up. Fail. We were told that it would be in two weeks later. We adjusted our travel plans to return a MONTH later to have it installed. Fail. I continue to call about it and get nothing but excuses. FAIL!
Frankly, it is piss poor service and I am fed up. If I were handling this transaction, I would upgrade or seek another vendor.
Don’t trust the Camping World in New Braunfels, TX. Don’t trust Bill May, the manager. Don’t trust Vickie Don’t trust any of them. The seem nice and helpful but I am getting a run around!
Since we have been in Florida and now we are in steamy Georgia, I am getting more upset in the heat! I miss my awning and want one on my RV!
