I recently purchased some Godiva brownies from the mall. I usually love Godiva. Tom thinks they’re overpriced, but I think while they cost a lot, the quality makes it worth it. Well, those brownies threw me for a loop. They were hard and dry and awful!! Since they were $10 for just a few I wrote an email to complain. They wrote back in about 15 minutes! They took down a bunch of info. Low and behold, when we got home last night there was a box on our doorstep from Godiva! A box of brownies, bigger than I had originally purchased. And….delicious!!!! Wow. They really went above and beyond to correct the situation!!!!
